Abandoned AGAIN!

So, the good news is that I survived the six nights in the kitty jail, where the staff were pretty nice to me, and on Friday morning my humans came and rescued me and took me home. I was very happy to be home, and even happier that my dad wouldn't let my mum adopt the two teeny black kittens who were working very hard to get taken home with us from the adoption section at the kitty jail. After I got home I demanded an enormous meal and then set about shedding my furs all over the suspiciously clean house, stinking up my litter box and making my garden smell less like Evil Intruder Kitties and more like me. I have also been catching up on laptime and spending a lot of time sitting on my mum (who is allowed to start putting some weight on her broken leg now but she still can't really walk on it so she is still relying on the crutches and the wheelchair, but that doesn't matter when it comes to giving a kitty his laptime, right?)

That's the good news. The bad news is that today, just when I was starting to feel at home again, I found out that my humans are abandoning me again! Tomorrow they are going down to Devon for three days to attend Devon Grandma's 80th birthday party on Monday (the party of the decade apparently). My mum thinks a car journey to Devon Grandma's would be too traumatic for me straight after the kitty jail, so I am staying home with Uncle Andrew coming round to feed me. But no laptime with my mum! *sob* How can they do this to me?

Devon Grandma's party is being held in a hotel in Sidmouth - the hotel is on the seafront and just a few streets away from Milo and Alfie's house. Lots of humans are coming from far and wide (including Uncle Sim and Aunty Jan from Montana), but it doesn't seem like kitties are invited!

My humans are going to pay dearly for all this neglect when they get back (my mum is going to owe me a lot of laptime!). However, I do love my Devon Grandma, so I would like to wish her a Happy 80th Purrthday anyway!

Comments:
We wish Devon Grandma a happy 80th.
It would probably be a bit crowded and hectic with so many people around and you might get your tail stepped on.
WHile they are go, you can keep busy getting the house back the way you like it.

Eric, we wish your Devon Grandma a very happy birthday too, but we also think that it is kinda wrong that you are being abandoned again so quickly! We will gladly teleport there to help you mess up the house with a house trashing party!
Purrs and headbutts,
Sabrina, Sam and Simon

you can leave a nice hairball for them =^_^= We hopes your Uncle is extur nice. Maybe he will give you lap times and treats!

Bless your heart, Eric! Being abandoned again? That's terrible. Time to put furs on EVERYTHING in the house while your folks are gone!

Hi Eric,

We're sorry you're being left again ~ how unfair.

Mom was wondering is there a chance your Mom and dad could call round and collect the paws it forward present for your Mom? Also Alfie would like to show your Mom how much he has grown. Mom will e-mail the phone number just in cae ~ but tell your Mom not to worry if it's too difficult wiv her leg, and partying etc.

Happy Birthday to Devon grandma too!

Oh, Eric, we're so sorry about all the trauma and neglect your beans are putting you through! It's terrible. At least you don't have to go back to jail this time. Maybe you could have a house trashing party while they're gone?! :)

Purrs and hugs,
The Kitty Krew

Oooohhhhh!!!! You MUST make them pay for this!!!!

PS: Happy Bday to the Devon Grandma

Eric...this is outrageous! We will help you think of a way to get back at them.

We're kind of excited that your mom might get to visit Milo and Alfie though...(sorry, cause that means they'd be stealing what should rightfully be yours...meaning attention!)

Oh no! Not again! We are being abandoned on Monday so maybe we could get together and trash each other's house.
Happy 80th purrfday to Devon Grandma.

First, many good wishes to Devon Grandma on her 80th purrthday.

Second, you must put your paw down! Abandoning you again so soon after bringing you home. They must learn that they need to stay home and attend to your every whim.

Third, mum says that looks like a nice place to stay. Hope your beans have a good time.

That is just not fair!

oh Eric, how rotten...we bet you didn't have a chance to do any shlurping on your mom, and now she's going away again! at least this time you don't have to stay in kitty jail. Hope your Devon Grandma has a lovely 80th birthday party!

Well, we like the good news, but the bad news is somewhat tempered with you won't have to go back to kitty jail.

We hope your Devon Grandma's 80th birthday party is a huge success.

Happy Birthday to your Grandma!
It's awful that you won't be there to celebrate!

Eric, that is horrible! How can they just leave you at home! This is a birthday party for your Grandma! I think you need to be there! We need to wish her a happy birthday and share some ham! Oh this is horrible. Horrible! Horrible!!!!

Hey Eric, I figured I would teleport over to keep you company. I had stopped in with Eric and Flynn. Their beans left them alone too.

Now if we can just get this package of Greenies opened......

hehehe, my word verification is GUEST! Yes I am a guest.

Very nice of your Uncle Andrew to come by and take care of you. Being at home is better than kitty jail anytime even if your mum isn't there for lap time. Perhaps in lieu of her lap you could sneak into her bedroom and sleep up on her pillow...that might at least have a nice mum smell to it.

That is so wrong ta be abandoned again like that. But at least ya are abandoned at home insteada kitty jail!

Happy, Happy 80th Birthday to your Devon Grandma!

I'm sorry they've abandoned you again, Eric :(
